Responsibilities
- Erect and assemble modular building components on-site following detailed schematics and blueprints
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment
- Execute masonry tasks such as laying bricks, blocks, required for project specifications
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation activities
- Conduct roofing, siding, trim carpentry, plastering, and woodworking tasks to complete building exteriors and interiors
- Manage heavy lifting tasks using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards
- Assist in restoration or remodeling projects by applying relevant skills like carpentry or siding installation
Experience
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for precise installation work
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and scaffolding setup
- Background in framing carpentry—metal stud framing or wood framing—and trim carpentry is highly desirable
- Knowledge of construction management practices and safety procedures on active sites
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex installations
