Woodex Cabinetry is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative to join our Sanford team!
If you have previous sales and customer service experience, enjoy working with people, and are fluent in English and Spanish, we'd love to meet you.
No cabinet experience? No problem! You bring the sales and customer service skills, and we'll provide hands-on training to teach you our cabinet products, ordering process, and basic kitchen design.
What You'll Do
You'll work directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers to help them with their cabinet projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in our showroom, by phone, and through email
- Helping customers choose cabinet styles, colors, sizes, and accessories
- Preparing estimates and customer orders
- Following up with customers on quotes and projects
- Building relationships with contractors and repeat customers
- Learning our cabinet products and basic kitchen design
- Working with our warehouse and delivery teams to help orders run smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Friendly and comfortable talking with customers
- Dependable and punctual
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity
Experience in cabinets, kitchen & bath, construction, flooring, countertops, furniture, appliances, home improvement, or building materials is a plus — but it is not required.

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday availability may occasionally be needed based on scheduling.
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
