Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various lawn and landscape maintenance activities. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. The Lawn Technician will perform a variety of tasks to ensure client properties are well-maintained, healthy, and visually appealing.
Duties
- Mow lawns and trim edges using power tools and hand tools to achieve a clean, professional appearance
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients
- Use gardening tools and equipment for planting, weeding, mulching, and general garden care
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to environmental standards during all operations
Requirements
- Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor work preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscaping machinery
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to operate vehicles or machinery as needed
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
