Job Description:
Core Responsibilities
- Station Management: Set up and break down assigned stations daily (pizza station, cold bar, etc.)
- Service Execution: Prepare and plate orders according to Murray's standards during service
- Daily Prep: Complete station-specific prep work including cutting pizza toppings and daily knife work
- Kitchen Maintenance: Participate in thorough kitchen cleaning and breakdown at end of shift
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all plates meet our elevated presentation and taste standards
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with fellow line cooks, prep staff, and management
- Sanitation: Maintain clean work stations and follow all food safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1-2 years line cook experience in full-service restaurants
- Strong knife skills and cooking fundamentals
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
