The "Clinical Adaptability" Advantage
This position is tailored for a true problem-solver. You won't just be scanning easy outpatient files; you will be trusted to dynamically modify your imaging techniques, patient positioning, and equipment settings to achieve diagnostic excellence for patients with challenging physical constraints—including Parkinson’s disease, amputations, severe scar tissue, and advanced structural defects.
Clinical Scope & Advanced Modalities
You will operate across a comprehensive cardiac ultrasound matrix:
- Core Diagnostics: Perform high-quality M-mode and two-dimensional (2D) diagnostic cardiac ultrasounds.
- Advanced Flow Evaluation: Utilize pulsed and continuous wave Doppler to identify, map, and characterize complex intra-cardiac blood flow patterns.
- Specialized Studies: Independently execute ultrasound contrast diagnostic imaging, bubble studies, and both exercise and pharmacological stress echocardiography.
- Procedural Support: Provide seamless technical guidance and imaging assistance during transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE).
- Emergency Preparedness: Maintain tight vigilance over patient safety by instantly recognizing, reporting, and reacting to potentially lethal arrhythmias or signs of acute distress.
What You Bring to the Cardiac Lab
- Experience Baseline: Minimum 2 full years of dedicated clinical experience as a practicing Echocardiograph Technician.
- Credentials: National registry by the ARDMS as an RDCS or by the CCI as an RCS is highly desirable and preferred for immediate placement. Active BCLS (BLS) and ACLS are strongly preferred.
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour

License/Certification:
