Location: Remote with periodic participation in virtual and onsite meetings within South Carolina.
Availability: Estimated 10–40 hours per month during proposal and post-award periods.
Compensation: Negotiable consulting rate.
Overview:
Athena Consulting Group is seeking a former State Department of Transportation Chief Information Officer (CIO), Deputy CIO, Director of Information Technology, or equivalent executive transportation technology leader to support a statewide Enterprise Technology and AI Strategic Roadmap engagement.
The advisor will provide executive-level transportation modernization guidance, assist with enterprise technology strategy development, validate transportation technology recommendations, and support governance, benchmarking, and roadmap development activities.
