We are seeking an experienced Data Center Logistics Coordinator II (DCL II) to support and optimize logistics operations across active data center environments. This role requires hands-on experience in data center logistics, inventory control, asset tracking, RMA coordination, and cross-functional operational support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and capable of independently managing logistics workflows in fast-paced mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee end-to-end logistics operations within data center environments, including receiving, staging, storage, asset movement, deployment support, and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with vendors, suppliers, carriers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material flow and SLA compliance.
- Manage inventory operations across multiple asset categories including servers, network devices, racks, cabling materials, and critical spare parts.
- Perform advanced inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, physical audits, and discrepancy investigations to maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Maintain and update inventory management systems, ensuring accurate asset tracking, location mapping, serial number management, and documentation integrity.
- Independently manage RMA processes for failed hardware devices, including troubleshooting coordination, vendor communication, shipment preparation, tracking, and receipt validation.
- Support rack deployment and decommissioning logistics activities in coordination with data center operations and infrastructure teams.
- Drive storage optimization initiatives, improve warehouse organization, and implement scalable material handling processes.
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of logistics SOPs, 5S standards, safety procedures, and operational best practices.
- Train and mentor junior logistics coordinators and support process standardization across shifts or sites.
- Assist with reporting, KPI tracking, and escalation handling related to inventory accuracy, shipment delays, and operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with all security, safety, and data management policies within data center environments.
- Support ad-hoc operational projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in data center logistics, data center warehouse operations, or critical infrastructure inventory management.
- Direct experience working inside data center environments is required.
- Strong understanding of inventory control processes, asset lifecycle management, RMA workflows, cycle counting, and material reconciliation.
- Experience handling data center hardware including servers, switches, racks, optics, cabling, and related infrastructure equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and asset tracking tools.
- Ability to independently manage logistics operations with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience investigating inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Effective communication and coordination skills when working with vendors, technicians, and cross-functional operational teams.
- Comfortable performing physical logistics tasks including lifting, staging, pallet movement, and warehouse organization activities.
- Experience supporting multi-site or high-volume logistics operations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data center environments.
- Forklift, pallet jack, or warehouse equipment experience.
- Familiarity with data center deployment workflows and infrastructure operations.
- Experience with KPI reporting, process improvement, or logistics documentation standardization.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
