Shirt Stop is a locally owned screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products company that has proudly served Colorado Springs for over 50 years. We are seeking an experienced Automatic Screen Print Press Operator to join our production team.
Position Summary
The Automatic Screen Print Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining our automatic screen printing equipment, producing high-quality prints, and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on production position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses
- Register multicolor jobs accurately
- Mix and match ink colors as needed
- Perform press maintenance and troubleshooting
- Monitor print quality throughout production runs
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Work closely with production staff and management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with screen preparation and reclaiming when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating an automatic screen printing press
- Strong understanding of screen printing processes and production workflow
- Experience with multicolor registration
- Ability to identify and resolve print quality issues
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with M&R, ROQ, Anatol, Lawson, or similar automatic presses
- Ink mixing and color matching experience
- Experience in a high-volume production environment

Pay Range
$18.00 - $22.00+ per hour depending on experience and production ability.
