Warehouse is responsible for managing incoming supplies, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy through regular counts, and ensuring efficient logistical operations. They accomplish this by utilizing systems like R12 for inputting data, coordinating with other departments for smooth supply transfers, and adhering to daily schedules to prioritize tasks effectively.
Position-Specific Essential Job Functions:
- Receive, unload, and input supplies and ingredients for daily production into R12 system.
- Load finished goods onto shuttle trailers, print documents, and dispatch to DC.
- Scan LPNs and maintain accurate inventory locations.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with powder warehouse to shuttle supplies and equipment between docks.
- Monitor and communicate low inventory levels of pallets, totes, and anti-cake to warehouse supervisor or inventory coordinator.
- Complete MSS duties, ensure proper storage of packaging supplies, and assist with baling recycled items like cardboard.

Required Documentation and Administrative Duties
- Maintain proper documentation in various formats of recordkeeping.
- Responsible for documenting, monitoring, and/or verifying control points. For example: Critical Control Points (CCP), Preventive Control (PC), Critical Quality Points (CQP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Safe Quality Food (SQF) plans. This is not an all-inclusive list.
Workplace, Employee, and Product Safety Standards
- Report unsafe acts, conditions, and accidents to Supervisor; assist in accident investigations.
- Assist others in keeping a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and Company Specific Safety Policies; Assist with Job Safety Analysis.
- Attend and complete monthly required trainings and meetings.
- Perform on-the-job training of existing and new employees.
- Follow Food Defense Plan and Good Manufacturing Practices, in compliance with SQF, customer and regulatory requirements.
