Requirements of the Motorcycle Technician/Mechanic:
- Motorcycle endorsement: 1 year and current license
- Formal training program such as or equivalent work experience
- Basic and special tools to properly diagnose and service our products
- Ability to effectively perform repairs properly the first time
Responsibilities for Motorcycle Technician:
- Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known
- Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory standards
- Complete quality repair work within the outlined time period
- Maintain productivity (time spent working on billable jobs) as close to 100% as possible.
- Notify management of work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customers may be contacted and notified
- Communicate with service advisor, and documenting repair work appropriately
- Test riding to ensure repair is complete and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge base through training and industry readings
- Keep work area clean and stay professional

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
