Job Overview: We are a restaurant in Glendale, CA, looking for an experienced Pizzaiolo / Pizza Cook. Key Responsibilities:
- Make authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch, including dough preparation and baking.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet our standards.
- Assist in menu creation and control food costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Neapolitan pizza-making.
- Experience with crafting authentic Italian sandwiches is a plus and will be highly valued.
- Knowledgeable in food costs and menu development.
- Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about great food.
