Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
-
Conduct detailed interviews with potential clients
-
Review documents, credit reports, collection letters, and account histories
-
Identify potential violations under consumer protection laws
-
Draft complaints and supporting documents for attorney review

Communicate with clients regarding case updates and needed documentation

Organize and maintain electronic case files in our case management system

Assist attorneys with litigation support and case preparation
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience
-
Prior experience handling consumer rights matters involving: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA); Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); and Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices claims

Experience drafting complaints and legal documents

Strong interviewing and client communication skills

Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume caseload

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable learning and using legal technology and AI tools
