Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Porter/Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including residential painting, floor care, and surface maintenance to uphold high cleanliness standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Keep grounds and dumpster area clean
- Operate tools such as welders and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues or perform minor repairs.
- Support with facilities maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs, fixing doors, or managing landscaping as needed.
