Do You Naturally Think in Content?
Do you scroll Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube and immediately think:
- “That was a great hook.”
- “I would have edited that differently.”
- “This should be a whole series.”
- “I have an idea for how to make this better.”
Maybe you love social media and marketing but have not yet had the opportunity to work on a large platform.
We are looking for someone who naturally thinks in hooks, trends, videos, and content ideas—but who also loves turning those ideas into finished content.
You do not need years of experience. You do need strong creative instincts, organization, initiative, and a genuine love for social media.
This is an opportunity to work directly alongside Jasmine DiLucci, a fun and energetic female creator, and help manage and grow her established YouTube and Instagram platforms, which reach a combined audience of more than one million followers.
About DiLucci
DiLucci CPA Firm helps business owners and real estate investors understand taxes, build wealth, and avoid bad tax advice.
Through Jasmine DiLucci’s YouTube and Instagram platforms, we turn complicated tax and financial topics into clear, engaging, and entertaining content for more than one million followers.
Our content includes long-form YouTube videos, short-form videos, livestreams, educational series, reactions to trending tax advice, and practical content for business owners and investors.
About the Role
The Social Media Manager will help manage the entire content process for our YouTube and Instagram platforms—from the initial idea through filming, editing, and publication.
You will work closely with Jasmine to brainstorm concepts, develop hooks, prepare content for production, organize filming days, coordinate with editors, and ensure finished content is reviewed and published.
This is not a role where you simply create a content calendar and hand it off. You will help execute the content before, during, and after production.
What You’ll Do
Pre-Production
- Study YouTube, Instagram, creators, trends, hooks, and content formats
- Review our existing content to identify opportunities for new videos, series, and improvements
- Brainstorm long-form YouTube videos, livestreams, Reels, and short-form clips
- Turn rough ideas into clear concepts, outlines, hooks, and talking points
- Build filming schedules, content plans, and run-of-show documents
- Prepare everything needed before production days
Production
- Organize and manage filming days
- Keep shoots energetic, efficient, and on schedule
- Help guide pacing, delivery, hooks, and audience engagement
- Identify strong moments that can become Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or additional content
- Coordinate with videographers to ensure each concept is captured correctly
Post-Production
- Communicate creative direction and priorities to editors
- Review YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and other content drafts
- Provide clear, actionable feedback on pacing, clarity, hooks, and engagement
- Manage approvals, revisions, captions, titles, thumbnails, and publishing
- Repurpose long-form YouTube content into short-form Instagram and YouTube content
- Track performance and identify what we should repeat, improve, or stop doing
You May Be a Great Fit If
- You genuinely love YouTube, Instagram, and social media
- You naturally think in hooks, clips, titles, thumbnails, and content series
- You frequently come up with ideas while watching other creators
- You enjoy both creative brainstorming and getting things finished
- You understand that educational content still needs to be entertaining
- You are organized enough to manage multiple pieces of content at once
- You communicate clearly with creators, videographers, and editors
- You learn quickly, take feedback well, and follow through
Professional experience is helpful, but not required. Personal accounts, school projects, freelance work, or sample content can all demonstrate your ability.
We care less about how many years you have worked and more about how you think, execute, and take ownership.
