Job Description:
TEMPORARY ONE DAY ASSIGNMENT WORKING A FOOD SHOW, Daily preparation of food, including: daily rotation and dating of all food products, receiving of product, assist with the ordering process, preparation of daily items, safe handling of all food items, follow regulated food temperatures and adhere to the portion guidelines. Other responsibilities may include: assist with butchering of proteins, make sauces and desserts.
