Job Title: Cleaning Subcontractor / Independent Cleaner
Job Description:
We are seeking independent, insured, and background-checked cleaning professionals to provide residential and commercial cleaning services. Subcontractors will perform standard and deep cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and specialty cleaning tasks while maintaining high sanitation standards and delivering professional service to our clients.
Requirements:
- Must be an independent contractor
- Must carry liability insurance
- Must have a clean background check
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Ability to manage schedules and communicate with clients effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, offices, and common spaces
- Conduct deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services as needed
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces and floors
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently
- Maintain consistent, high-quality service and reliability
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication and client service skills
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
