Santo Dulce is a growing dessert brand bringing joy to the community one churro, milkshake, and lemonade at a time. We're expanding our food truck operations and looking for an enthusiastic, reliable team member to join us full-time. What You'll Do
- Drive and operate our Santo Dulce food trucks (no CDL required — a valid driver's license is all you need)
- Prepare our signature desserts: churros, ice cream, and milkshakes
- Mix and serve drinks including coffee and lemonades
- Deliver outstanding customer service — greet, engage, and make every customer feel welcome
- Handle cash and process transactions using our POS system
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support team operations with prep, setup, and breakdown each shift
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and comfort operating a food truck or box truck
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (preferred, English required)
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles
- Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and genuinely enthusiastic about creating memorable experiences
- Flexible availability — schedule varies week to week
