Join the team at Green Country Aircraft (GCA) as an Assistant Account Manager, where you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team and serving as a key liaison between customers and GCA's manufacturing and production operations. This position is designed as a developmental role, providing hands-on experience in customer account management, quoting, order processing, and cross-functional coordination.
The successful candidate will be hired as an Assistant Account Manager and, through training and demonstrated performance, will have the opportunity to advance into a full Account Manager role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in sales and account management within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
Training & Career Development
The Assistant Account Manager position is intended to serve as a pathway to becoming a fully independent Account Manager. New hires will receive training on GCA's internal processes, customer accounts, product knowledge, buyers, quoting procedures, sales order processing, and the use of JobBoss and other company systems.
