Behavior Specialist
Assessment & Treatment Alternatives (ATA) provides Behavioral Health services to children and adolescents in the Philadelphia School District. We are currently looking for full and part-time Behavior Specialists to work with children in the school, home and community.
Behavior Specialists are responsible for:
- Completing skills and behavior assessments
- Creating and implementing individual treatment plans
- Supervising and conducting training of Behavior Technicians
- Collaborating with other therapists and service providers
- Completing documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing
Qualifications required:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or Applied Behavior Analysis REQUIRED.
- At least 1 year experience working with children and behavioral/emotional problems and developing FBA’s and PBSP’s for children
- Licensed Behavior Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred.
- Current background clearances (within 6 months)
Salary ranges from $45 to $55 per hour and is based on education and experience.
All positions require criminal background and child abuse registry checks.
