Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the continuous operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities by performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial mechanics, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety protocols to keep our production lines running smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment including conveyors, presses, pumps, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Repair mechanical components utilizing welding skills ( welding), precision measuring instruments, and mechanical knowledge.
- Diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, and high voltage equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities within Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards for electrical diagnostics and equipment troubleshooting.
- Support field service operations by providing technical assistance on-site for complex repairs or installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing facility maintenance or industrial mechanic roles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and schematics reading.
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems including low voltage wiring, high voltage safety procedures, and electrical blueprint interpretation.
- Skilled in welding techniques ( welding) and mechanical repairs using precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management; experience with industrial electrician tasks is a plus.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; valid certification preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC/HVAC/R systems; experience with electrical maintenance related to HVAC is advantageous.
- Excellent analysis skills combined with customer service orientation when working with internal teams or external clients.
- Strong communication skills in English; military background or field service experience is beneficial.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
