POSITION OVERVIEW
At Elev8 Fun, our Event Sales Coordinators are the architects of unforgettable experiences. As the Inbound Event Sales Coordinator, you are the first point of contact and trusted guide for every guest looking to host with us — from corporate team-building retreats and holiday parties to milestone birthdays and social celebrations. Your mission is threefold: convert inbound inquiries into booked, revenue-generating events; grow the pipeline through proactive local outreach; and elevate every booking by upselling our premium attractions and food & beverage offerings. Above all, you ensure every detail is captured accurately and handed off seamlessly to our Operations and F&B teams so each event is executed flawlessly — and exceeds expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Generation: Own inbound inquiry management and engage in outbound prospecting to keep the event calendar full and hit monthly booking and revenue targets. Consultative Selling: Uncover each client’s goals and budget to build custom event packages spanning catering, beverage service, and attractions (Go-Karts, Bowling, Laser Tag, and more). Site Tours & Guest Experience: Deliver energetic, professional facility tours that showcase the full Elev8 Fun experience and move prospects toward a confident yes. Contract & BEO Management: Generate accurate proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with exact attention to detail and clear terms. Upsell & Attach: Maximize booking value by recommending premium attractions, F&B enhancements, and add-on experiences that elevate the guest’s event. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Food & Beverage and Operations to translate the sale into a flawless on-site execution and a repeat-worthy experience.
CRM & Pipeline Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of every client interaction, pipeline stage, and post-event follow-up in the CRM (HubSpot).
Community Outreach: Represent Elev8 Fun through local outbound sales and promotional activity that builds brand awareness and generates leads. Other duties as assigned.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Performance in this role is measured against clear, revenue-oriented metrics set with your General Manager, including: Booked Revenue & Commission: Achievement of monthly event revenue and commission targets. Conversion Rate: Percentage of qualified inquiries converted into booked events.
Average Booking Value: Upsell and attach rate on attractions and F&B enhancements. Responsiveness: Speed and consistency of inbound inquiry follow-up and pipeline hygiene.
Guest Satisfaction: Post-event feedback, repeat bookings, and referral generation. CORE COMPETENCIES

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working in a CRM and sales tools; HubSpot experience a plus.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or a high-volume entertainment environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational ability in a fast-paced, loud, and exciting setting.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & SCHEDULE
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times. Willingness to work weekends or evenings occasionally — that’s when the party happens. Able to travel locally for outbound sales and promotions. Able to travel outside the local market as needed for offsite events.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
