We help businesses grow online with performance-driven strategies. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help drive new business.
Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling websites, digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and other digital services to small and mid-sized businesses. This is a consultative sales role—ideal for someone who understands digital marketing and enjoys helping businesses succeed online.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, etc.
- Conduct sales presentations and discovery calls with business owners.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Understand client needs and recommend digital solutions.
- Work with our project and marketing teams to close deals efficiently.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate pipeline records.
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of sales experience (B2B or digital marketing preferred).
- Strong understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing (training provided).
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry to close deals.
- Must be comfortable with outbound sales (email, calls, networking).
Compensation & Benefits:
