Job Objectives: Our Gameday Grounds Crew members play a critical role in the operation of the game at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Whether it be setting up and taking down batting practice, dragging and marking the field, or pulling tarp in weather situations, Gameday Grounds Crew Members must perform their duties in an efficient manner, while tasked with many different variables on game nights.
Expectations:

Dress in a professional manner (shirts and jacket provided, shoes and khaki pants/shorts by employee)

Arrive to work on time on a consistent basis

Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously

Perform duties in adverse and variable weather conditions

Act in a professional manner in relation to interactions with players, managers, coaching/team staff, and fans

Be able to retain knowledge on how to use field maintenance tools and field marking layout

Perform other duties as assigned
Working conditions:

Exposure to adverse weather conditions and seasonal temperatures

Duties will require working some days, nights, weekends and holidays

Management staff/supervisors will be evaluating your job performance on a continual basis
