Job Summary
We are currently seeking a front-of-house lead during our morning bakery service. Our Service Lead is responsible for opening the bakery for service each day, working as service lead behind the counter and on the floor during our AM hours, transitioning our morning service into our afternoon service, ensuring staff are trained and updated on all things Sway bakery, food, and beverage, managing front-of-house inventory, helping create and maintain a pleasant and welcoming environment for customers, among other responsibilities.
We are looking for a natural leader to run our morning front-of-house operation: the team, the guest experience, the inventory, and the systems that keep it all running to a standard worthy of what we produce.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a back-office one. You'll be our main team member on the floor, setting the tone, and building a small team during peak season that can elevate from "getting it done" to genuinely excellent.

This position is year-round, with full-time hours (30+ hours October-April, 40+ hours May-September). Competitive hourly pay + pooled tips.
