Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) – Client Relations & Administrative Support
Monte Fresco Group LLC is a company specialized in professional cleaning and sanitation services using eco-friendly and biodegradable products. We are looking for a friendly, expressive, organized, and proactive person with excellent communication skills to support appointment coordination, prospect follow-up, and client relations.
Main Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience in customer service, sales, or appointment coordination
- Strong communication skills by phone, text messages, and email
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and social media
- Organized, punctual, proactive, and positive attitude
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with prospects and clients
- Support follow-up calls and customer service
- Manage emails, messages, and scheduling/calendar
- Assist with prospecting hotels, clinics, and commercial clients
- Update customer information and databases
- Provide administrative support and organize documents
