Overview
Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landiscaper, Crew Leader, and Working Foreman, where you'll lead outdoor projects with energy and expertise! Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers on various construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Manage daily crew operations including lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and plantings
- Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Oversee irrigation system installation and maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairs
- Identify plants, trees, and horticultural elements to ensure proper care and landscape health
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet project specifications and timelines
Experience
- Proven supervising or crew management experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance roles
- Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, hardscape installation, and irrigation management
- Hands-on outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance equipment operation
- Familiarity with plant identification, tree care, gardening techniques, and horticulture principles
- Experience managing construction projects from start to finish
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles in outdoor environments

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
