Job Summary:
This is a full time, temporary on-site position for an Office Administrator at the John Nagle Co. located in Boston, MA. In this role, the Office Administrator will primarily be responsible for accurately logging and filing paperwork received into our filing systems, and coordinating logistics for our cross functional operations team. This role is expected to be needed for up to 6 months, but may be extended pursuant to business need.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in an administrative capacity. They will collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure all business needs are not just met but exceeded; particularly during times of high business volume. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving all office paperwork, verifying accuracy before filing
- Identify discrepancies in paperwork and partner with team stakeholders to resolve in a timely manner
- Follow all company SoPs, making suggestions for improvement where applicable
- Provide exemplary customer service to all internal and external partners
- General support of Operations and Logistics teams as needed
- Projects work on an ad hoc basis
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- English language skills required, Spanish language skills a plus
- Associate or Bachelor degree in business/accounting preferred, but not required
- Ability to multi-task with a team based approach to their work
