Join us at the Whip Bar and Grill! We are looking for an experienced grill cook who is familiar and confident with meat preparation at different temperatures.
Under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine, the grill line cook is responsible for preparing all foods associated with the grill station. The grill line cook is accountable for the required to successfully operate the grill station adhering to recipes and departmental standards for quality, consistency and plating appearance. Employ safe; food handling, cooking, holding, cooling and storage techniques. Maintain clean and sanitary workstations, preparation equipment, storage areas and utensils to ensure all products and facilities are safe and in compliance with departmental standards and those set forth by the State of Vermont Department of Health.
