Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients. Our patient population is newborns and infants. We have offices in Baltimore and Severna Park and the ideal candidate would be willing to spit time between the two for right now. Training and onboarding will take place in Baltimore.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient goals..
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, home care strategies, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.
- Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in pediatrics.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and physical therapy principles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
