Position Summary
Note: This position will not require you to perform compounding, but knowledge of compounding procedures or regulations will be a plus. Experience with PioneerRx software is also highly desirable.
THIS IS FOR OUR Overnight Shift 11:00 PM to 7:30 (Sun - Thur)
What You’ll Do:
As a Staff Pharmacist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring medications are dispensed safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll work closely with our pharmacy technicians and operations team to keep workflow smooth and efficient.
- PV2 prescriptions with precision and compliance
- You will work with the compliance team to Quality Inspect the Compounded medications.
- Provide patient and provider counseling as needed
- Support technicians, clerks, and shipping staff in daily workflow
- Ensure regulatory compliance with state/federal pharmacy laws
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee medication storage
- Document all activities in our pharmacy management system
What We’re Looking For
- Active Pharmacist license in the State of California.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred (not required):
- Familiarity with compounding (sterile or non-sterile) practices
- Experience with PioneerRx pharmacy software
- Prior experience in specialty or compounding pharmacy a plus.

Pay: $135,000.00 - $138,000.00 per year
