Job Title: Take-Off Estimator (Insulated Metal Panels / Cold Storage)

About Us:
Established Long Island-based construction firm specializing in insulated metal panels (Kingspan, Metl-Span, AWIP, GreenSpan), cold storage doors, and sub-slab insulation is seeking a skilled and motivated Take-Off Estimator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed material take-offs from architectural drawings
- Analyze plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Perform quantity take-offs for insulated metal panels, cold storage doors, and insulation systems
- Work with project managers and vendors to support estimating efforts
- Maintain organized and accurate estimate documentation
- Identify cost efficiencies and material optimization opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience as a construction Take-Off Estimator
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Procore (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience with insulated metal panel systems and/or cold storage construction
- Familiarity with Kingspan, Metl-Span, AWIP, or GreenSpan products
Work Environment:
- On-site position (remote work not available)
- Office-based, collaborative team environment

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
