Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for a franchise Pizza to lead and oversee daily retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a passion for customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of retail sales, inventory control, and team leadership. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping environment that meets company goals and customer expectations.
Responsibilities

Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.

Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, merchandising, stocking, and inventory management.

Implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase store revenue and customer engagement.

Manage purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and inventory control to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures at all times.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a positive team environment focused on growth and development.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
