Duties
- Safely operate various delivery in personal vehicles,
- Plan efficient delivery routes using mobile devices to optimize time and fuel consumption while maintaining punctuality.
- Interact professionally with customers during deliveries, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Load and unload packages with proper manual lifting practices to prevent injury, ensuring heavy items are handled safely.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports in compliance with company policies.
- Follow safety protocols related to warehouse operations, heavy lifting, weight handling in the workplace, and safe driving practices.
Qualifications
- Previous delivery driver experience or warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation, delivery updates, and communication purposes.
