Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Network & Systems Security Analyst to join a dynamic enterprise IT team supporting critical infrastructure operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an infrastructure professional with experience designing, implementing, securing, and supporting enterprise network, server, and storage environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Cisco networking, Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, Storage Area Networks (SAN), firewall technologies, and enterprise cybersecurity best practices.
Position Details
- Location: Lutz, FL
- Position Type: Full-Time Contract (6 Months)
- Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (hours may vary based on operational needs)
- Start Date: July 2026

What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network, server, and storage infrastructure.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and server issues using structured troubleshooting methodologies, including the OSI model.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support enterprise hardware and software.
- Support Cisco networking, Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and firewall technologies.
- Help maintain a secure infrastructure by following established security standards and cybersecurity best practices.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, documentation, and ongoing infrastructure improvements.
- Provide advanced technical support for network security systems and authentication services.
- Assist with infrastructure planning, system upgrades, and technology implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and technology vendors to support business operations.
- Provide technical guidance on smaller projects and assist with mentoring junior team members when needed.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of six (6) years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience with:
- Windows Server
- VMware
- Cisco networking
- Storage Area Networks (SAN)
- Firewall administration
- Windows Active Directory
- DNS/DHCP
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking principles, infrastructure support, and cybersecurity best practices.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience supporting highly available enterprise environments.
- Experience participating in infrastructure design and implementation projects.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA or CCNP
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Microsoft MCSA or MCSE
- CISSP
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
- GIAC Certification
