Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – General Dentistry

We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with 8+ years of clinical experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a private practice office setting and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide chairside assistance for restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other general dental treatments.
- Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns with excellent fit, function, and esthetics in an efficient manner.
- Perform iTero digital scans accurately and efficiently for crowns, bridges, Invisalign, retainers, and other restorative procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
- Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
- Ensure patient comfort while providing exceptional chairside assistance.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative instructions.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient schedule and seamless patient flow.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
- Minimum of 8 years of dental assisting experience.
- Extensive experience assisting with restorative procedures.
- Strong knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and clinical protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with digital dentistry and Eaglesoft practice management software is a plus.
