Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Qualifications
- Previous broiler/grill experience
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Restaurant line cook experience preferred
