About the Position
Pro Prep Cleaning is looking for dependable, detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to assist with larger residential cleaning jobs that require two or more cleaners.
This is part-time, as-needed work designed for contractors who want flexible opportunities without committing to a full-time schedule. As our company continues to grow, there may be opportunities for consistent work and future employment.

Main Service TypesStandard Residential Cleaning
Routine maintenance cleanings for homes and apartments, including dusting, sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, vacuuming, mopping, and general surface cleaning.
Rental Turnover Cleaning
Prepare short-term rental properties for incoming guests by cleaning, sanitizing, resetting rooms, refreshing kitchens and bathrooms, and ensuring the property is guest-ready.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Detailed cleanings for vacant homes and apartments, including deep cleaning throughout the property and other detailed tasks needed to prepare the home for its next occupant.

Work Standards
Every contractor is expected to:
- Follow detailed service checklists provided for each booking.
- Follow any special customer instructions.
- Submit clear before-and-after photos and short videos for quality assurance.
- Maintain professional communication and high-quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be comfortable performing all listed cleaning services.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team on larger cleaning jobs.
- Must be comfortable taking before-and-after photos and short videos.
- Must follow company service checklists and booking instructions.
Compensation
This is an independent contractor (1099) position.
Rather than hourly pay, contractors receive a percentage of each completed job based on the final booking amount.
Payments are issued after the completed cleaning passes our quality review, and can be sent by:
