Duties
- Provide close protection for clients, ensuring their safety during daily activities, travel, and public appearances
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and perform background checks on individuals or entities as needed
- Monitor security systems, access control systems, and surveillance equipment to detect and respond to potential threats
- Execute emergency response protocols including first aid and CPR when necessary to manage incidents swiftly and effectively
- Manage security operations by coordinating with law enforcement, emergency responders, and other relevant agencies
- Perform detailed report writing on security incidents, daily activities, and operational audits to maintain accurate records
- Oversee team management tasks such as supervising security personnel, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with security regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in military service, law enforcement, or private security with a focus on executive protection or physical security roles
- Knowledge of security systems, access control systems, surveillance technology, and emergency response procedures
- Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable; additional certifications such as security licenses or specialized training are a plus
- Strong written communication skills for report writing and documentation; excellent verbal skills for client interaction and team coordination
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required for equipment setup or incident management
- Demonstrated conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure in high-stress situations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for operational documentation and report compilation
- Valid license or certification required by local regulations; experience performing background checks and operational management is preferred
