Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating profitable experiences through their customer service skills. This is a fast paced, well paying job!!
Duties:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes and procedures
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role
- Familiarity with Positouch POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips
- Understanding of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and alcohol laws/regulations
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred
