Big Step Promotions is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for an entry-level Sales & Marketing role in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. We partner with globally recognized nonprofits to help grow their impact and spread awareness through face-to-face popups and events! We are looking for ambitious, energetic individuals ready to start a career in Sales & Marketing—no experience required — paid training provided.
What You’ll Do
- Represent nonprofit campaigns at local pop-up events & retail locations
- Connect with people in the community and build communication skills
- Drive awareness and support for truly meaningful causes
What We Offer
- $800–$1,200 per week on average (Daily base pay + uncapped commission)
- Set schedule, Monday–Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (No weekends required)
- Mileage reimbursement paid each week
