Job Description:
Jia Asian Street Kitchen is looking for a dedicated and energetic Server/Bartender to join our team. We are a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and we need someone who can keep up with the flow while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks
- Take orders accurately and manage multiple tables
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Strong ability to work under pressure and stay composed
- Willingness to meet high standards and adapt to demanding situations
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
