Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assembler- Technician to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and engineering standards, ensuring precision and quality.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery for fabrication and assembly processes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or assembly-related issues to maintain production efficiency.
- Operate and maintain assembly line equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Work in a collaborative, team-driven environment to improve processes and optimize productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with safety regulations.
- This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions as necessary for job duties.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, mechanical work, or trades is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments effectively.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and safety regulations is a plus.
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment.
