About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced live-in caregiver to provide dedicated support for an elderly Indian husband and wife. The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient, and respectful, with a strong commitment to ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in a home environment.
This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable living with the family and offering consistent, attentive care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor overall health and well-being

Assist with medication reminders (as needed)

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required

Maintain a clean and organized living environment

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with light household tasks related to care

Respond promptly to needs and proactively ensure safety
Required Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Chicago, IL

Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role

Ability to work in a live-in arrangement

Compassionate, dependable, and highly attentive

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Indian culture and traditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to cook Indian cuisine
