Maintenance Electrician
3rd Shift - 2/3/3 Schedule
Helion is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Electrician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical and mechanical equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems from 24VDC to 480VAC.
- Diagnose and replace faulty fuses, relays, switches, proximity sensors, contactors, and other electrical components.
- Troubleshoot motors, motor controls, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Perform basic PLC troubleshooting by monitoring and verifying inputs and outputs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–5 years of industrial maintenance, maintenance electrician, or related experience.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical systems from 24VDC to 480VAC.
- Working knowledge of electrical components including relays, switches, proximity sensors, contactors, and VFDs.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience, including understanding inputs and outputs.
