What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Performing preventative maintenance and system evaluations
- Delivering five-star customer experiences on every call
- Clearly explaining repair and replacement options to homeowners
- Documenting work accurately using company technology
- Maintaining a clean, organized service vehicle
- Representing the Ebens brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For
- Residential HVAC service experience preferred
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High energy and a positive attitude
