Nic & Norman's is looking for a hands-on General Manager who leads by example, supports both FOH and BOH, and takes pride in running a great restaurant.

- Restaurant leadership experience
- Strong FOH and BOH knowledge
- A coach and team builder
- Someone who takes ownership and leads from the floor
- Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and daily operations
