An industry leader in commercial and industrial HVAC and building services is seeking a Senior Service Sales Representative to drive growth across its commercial and industrial service contract portfolio in the Washington, DC metro area. This role is responsible for selling preventive maintenance agreements and service contracts for commercial and industrial boilers.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales position focused on long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
Own and grow a defined territory focused on commercial and industrial boiler service contracts.
Drive revenue through new business development and expansion of existing service accounts.
Sell preventive maintenance agreements, planned service programs, and repairs.
Leverage installed base data, vertical market insights, and prospecting tools to generate new opportunities.
Meet regularly with building owners, facility managers, and executive stakeholders to assess needs and present solutions.
Develop pricing, proposals, and service agreements in coordination with service leadership and technical teams.
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reporting, and territory business plans.
Utilize ROI analyses, energy rebates, and lifecycle cost tools to support value-based selling.
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service sales experience

Proven success closing long-term service contracts and renewals
Financial and business acumen with strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging senior and C-suite stakeholders
Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel throughout the territory
Base salary up to $130,000, based on experience and qualifications
Aggressive sales incentive/commission plan
