1st = 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F
2nd = 3:30pm – 12:00am M-F
3rd = 9:00pm-7:30am / M – Thurs. (4x10)

As a Production Operator, you'll receive hands-on training while learning different areas of the production process, including cleaning, coating, cutting, film application, and finishing operations. If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and are eager to learn, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build new skills in a manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements
- No manufacturing experience required—all training is provided
- Ability to perform hands-on work using good hand and finger coordination
- Willingness to learn multiple production processes and new skills
- Ability to work in different production environments, including clean rooms and areas that require protective equipment
- Comfortable wearing required PPE such as safety glasses, aprons, and shoe covers
- Ability to work in areas with heat, pressure, cleaning solutions, and manufacturing materials while following safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Job Responsibilities
- Learn and perform a variety of production tasks through hands-on training
- Clean and prepare parts for the next steps in the manufacturing process
- Assist with coating and cutting operations while following work instructions
- Apply protective film to parts to create the required shapes and dimensions
- Remove coating materials during the finishing process according to instructions
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Support multiple production departments as needed after completing training
