Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. You will support access activities, provide exceptional customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that values people first, integrity, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and/or delivery traffic in accordance with location protocols, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and policy violations.

Support access control efforts by verifying credentials, directing employees and visitors, and following post orders related to restricted areas, shift activity, and facility operations.
Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
