We are seeking a dependable Construction Laborer for a temporary 2-3 month assignment on an active jobsite in Raymore, MO. This is a part-time general labor role, typically two days per week, with potential for additional days at a nearby project. Standard construction hours apply with room for extra time as needed.

Key Responsibilities – Construction Laborer

Perform general labor tasks including site prep, cleanup, and material handling

Load, unload, and move tools, materials, and supplies around the jobsite

Support skilled trades and crew members as directed by the foreman

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift

Assist with basic construction tasks as assigned
Qualifications – Construction Laborer

Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts

Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, not required

Ability to follow verbal instructions and work as part of a crew

Reliable transportation to the Raymore, MO jobsite

Familiarity with common hand and power tools
